Service overview
AVCourse is being designed as an online training platform for Canadian aviation operators, training managers, and learners. Features may include course delivery, seat management, billing, certificates, due-date tracking, and reporting tools.
Company accounts and learner seats
Company accounts may include named learner seats assigned to pilots, students, or other personnel. Seat access, reassignment, and account administration are subject to the customer’s subscription plan and platform rules.
Billing structure
AVCourse is intended to support monthly or annual billing options. Learner seats may carry a 12-month commitment from activation, even where access is later changed or reassigned. Final commercial terms should be defined in the live service agreement.
Course completion and records
Course availability windows, due dates, certificates, and periodicity rules may vary by course and customer configuration. Operators remain responsible for determining whether the platform’s records meet their internal and regulatory needs.
No legal or regulatory guarantee
AVCourse content and tracking tools are intended to support training operations, but use of the platform should not be treated as a guarantee of regulatory compliance, legal sufficiency, or operational approval.
