Can a company pay monthly or annually?
Yes. AVCourse is being structured to support either monthly or annual billing, while keeping each learner seat on a 12-month commitment.
What happens if a company hires new pilots?
The training manager can add seats as staffing grows. New learner seats can be billed when activated, while existing named learner records remain intact.
Can courses have different periodicity?
Yes. Some courses can be initial-only, others annual, semi-annual, quarterly, or custom. Periodicity should be set at the course level.
When do recurrent courses become available?
Recurrent courses are planned to open 30 days before they become due. Completing them during that valid window preserves the original cycle date for the next period.
Can training managers remove learners?
Yes. A learner can be deactivated or scheduled for removal, while billing logic can still respect the seat’s original 12-month term.
