AVCourse is being shaped for smaller Canadian operators that want practical online training without a heavyweight rollout project.

Set up the company account
Create the operator profile, choose monthly or annual billing, and define the initial number of learner seats.

Add the roster
Add pilots or students manually, import them, or assign them to a named learner seat with a visible 12-month term.

Assign bundles and periodicity
Use initial-only courses for onboarding and recurrent bundles for annual or semi-annual training.

Track due dates and completions
Courses can open one month before due. If completed inside that window, the learner keeps the original anniversary date.
